This Isn't Personal, R, Jack/Vala, past-Jack/Daniel, past-Daniel/Vala, hurt/comfort, breakup, Daniel is a jerk in absentia (430 words)
seriously, why is Daniel always so selfish about getting to Atlantis?

it's so short, but I really enjoy this one

this is not as horribly awkward as I remember

bring on the emotional pain!
Fullmetal Alchemist

I wish I'd written more in this fandom (mostly Maes because the is the best)

for my "main pairing" being a different pairing, this is almost the only pairing I wrote!
★'d fics are personal favorites.
I've got another collection in this batch—this time Daniel/Vala drabbles and short fiction. (I'm working up to the Jack/Daniel humor one because OMG most of my drabbles/flash fiction are funny Jack/Daniel stories.)
Stargate: SG-1
Defense Training, NC-17, Jack/Daniel, Season 1, post-"The First Commandment," gun kink, alcohol, first time (3,400 words)

ahahaha, this still cracks me up
★'d fics are personal favorites.
Because I posted all my Sam drabbles in a batch, this is more or less a Sam Carter Special Edition. (If anyone checks out the Carter Collection, can you let me know if that organization for a drabble collection works for AO3? I took advice, poked around, and made an attempt.)
Stargate: SG-1
★ Bad Timing, NC-17, Jack/Daniel, episode related ("Forever in a Day," "Meridian"), seasons 3-9, UST, sex, eventual-get-together fic (4,300 words)

Sam Fics
Dragging Her Down, PG, Sam/Pete, Sam/Jack (yes, you read that right), Season 7, "Lost City" tag, angst, grief (600 words)

Geneon announced recently that it's going out of business and that all of its titles will stop production.
This is a column discussing Geneon's going out of a business, including the advice as to what fans should do: http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/answerman/2007-09-28
What Geneon's closing down means for Saiyuki fans is if you haven't bought the Saiyuki Reload and Saiyuki Reload Gunlock DVDs yet (and you want to buy them), you better do it soon because once they're gone, they're gone.
Feel free to spread the word to other Saiyuki fans or fans of Geneon-licensed shows.
I've just put in an order at rightstuf.com to finish off my Saiyuki Reload collection, and um, my Saiyuki collection because the Double Barrel discs were only $8.99! And I may have bought Vol. 1 of Peacemaker because $6.99, yay! So, um, I don't think I'll be buying that Ministry of Magic CD this month. . . . Heh heh.
Anyway, if anyone were to be wondering about something to buy me for that holiday that happens in December, I only have 1 disc of Saiyuki Reload Gunlock (Vol. 3, if you're wondering), and I'd love to get the rest before they all go bye-bye. (If you are thinking of picking up a disc for me, please let me know.)

First, we've got an exciting Saiyuki opportunity. emeraldeyes.net scanned and translated Neogandhara, one of Minekura's Saiyuki doujinshis. It's early work with some different character designs (Gojyo especially) and a very different Sanzo (he's creepy, really). A very interesting read for Saiyuki fans. You can download it here.
Second, we've got comic book hilarity in the Top 15 Unintentionally Funny Comic Book Panels. Take a trip through time and learn how when slang changes comic books get sexual! My favorite is the terrible stereotype in #7 because it's so bad, bad, bad it's hysterical. (And I totally can't believe that #3 is from an actual comic book. Just no way.)
Third, we've got Superdickery.com which is basically all about making fun of
Lois Lane is a Floozy.
This has got to be The Best Comic Cover Ever.
Did you know that Wonder Woman teaches us about safe bondage practice?
Superman is The Best Adoptive Father Ever.
Even Superman Knows His Secret Identity Only Fools Idiots.
. . . I Have No Words.
Now I feel that I have done my civic duty to entertain you all. *flounces off*
