Hey, I finally archived one of the four last fics and realized I hadn't gathered up the last round of archived stuff. So this project continues!
★'d fics are personal favorites.

Stargate: SG-1
The Storm, Teen, Jack/Daniel, angry kissing in the rain, off-world, season 4 (688 words)
what can I say? I like angry kissing in the rain.

Bedfellows, Mature, Jack/Daniel, angst, break-up fic, :(, season 9, Washington-era (537 words)
lonely and angsty and we can pretend Daniel calls Jack after this

Yes, Again, Teen, Jack/Daniel, angst, confessions that don't happen, character death, season 10 AU (104 words)
sometimes you need to put your favorite character at death's door so he'll admit he's in love with someone

Harry Potter
A Bit of Borrowed Warmth, Mature, Remus/Sirius, First War, kissing, angst, so much denial, written for [community profile] rs_games 2011 (4,493 words)
ah, Sirius is in very deep denial and this fic showcases how much I love writing kissing

TMNT: Drabble Collection
Annoyingly Perfect, General Audiences, Leo/Karai, grumpy Raph, unrequited crush (103 words)
ah, first fandoms

The Weapon, General Audiences, Raph, Leo/Karai, love makes idiots (108 words)
a similar scene as the previous fic from Raph's POV, a POV which I still love

Fandom Highs and Lows Equal a Medium

PSA: My internet has been out at home since yesterday afternoon. My online activities may be spotty for the next few days because of that. Hopefully the problem will be fixed by the time I get home. *crosses fingers*

Finding a Fandom Medium
Right now, my fandoms are being way too conflicting. Last Saturday was the 10th Anniversary of Buffy and filled with much Whedon joy and happiness. Next Friday (March 23rd) is the release of the new TMNT CGI movie and there’s all sorts of exciting goodies available online with sneak peeks. (The clip from Wondercon is here, if you haven’t seen it—omgawesome.)

And smack dab in the middle of these two exciting events is SG-1. One moment I’m flying high on excitement because of happiness in two of my first and favorite fandoms and the next I’m crashing down because it’s the “end” of my last great obsession. *sniffs* But I think this is all happening at the same time to remind me of something.

Buffy is celebrating 10 years and is coming back in the form of a Season 8 comic book series that’s going to be sanctioned by Joss and therefore canon (out today!).

TMNT is enjoying its fourth movie, 14 years after the last big screen feature. Not to mention that TMNT has survived at least 4 comic book runs that had to shut their doors and it’s in its second cartoon series. And that’s only scratching the surface of its life.

Fandom goes on. Creators find ways to resurrect their characters and shows. This isn’t the end for SG-1.

So even though my fandom heart is tugging in different directions, it’s all telling me the same thing: Fandom is unending.

I’m looking forward to an SG-1 mini-marathon tonight and saying a fond see-ya-soon to some of my favorite characters.
