Kel'no'reem

[livejournal.com profile] zats_clear posted another of her SG-1 captioned screencaps today and reminded me of one of my DragonCon videos I hadn't loaded. Heh. One day I'll get all my pictures uploaded.

Anyway, I believe this was part of the discussion of "pranks and funny things to happen on set." What this video is missing is Shanks asking, "You want to know how kel'no'reem was invented?" He then went on to tell us that Chris would sometimes fall asleep on set and . . .

There you have it.

ETA: Wow. That is pixelated. I'll see if the properly extracted version of this has better resolution and load it tonight.

Attack of the Checked Shirts

I've finally gotten around to watching MegaSnake (oh, the things I do for Michael Shanks), and I swear, I absolutely swear he just put on one of Daniel's shirts. Specifically, the brown checked number we see, most memorably, in "Shades of Grey" with the black velvet pants*. It would be this shirt.

. . .

Oh, thank God. Better lighting reveals it's not the exact same shirt. It's just a different horrible checked shirt.

Why do checked shirts plague Michael Shanks? Perhaps his next crappy Sci-Fi Original Movie will be Attack of the Checked Shirts.

*Yes, I am obsessed enough to know Daniel's wardrobe that well.

Damn you, Michael Shanks. Damn you.

I decided to DVR 24 tonight so I'd have some idea what's going on when I start watching it next week.

Everything about this show—everything—I'm loving it.

DAMN YOU, MICHAEL SHANKS! I NOW HAVE 136 EPISODES TO WATCH!

Also, I'm blaming [livejournal.com profile] scifigirl. Because I have blame to spare and I doubt Shanks will really care that he "made" me watch 136 episodes. :P
