Time travel in general makes me bang my head against things. I think it's utterly fascinating (mostly discussing the myriad ways one could fuck up their entire existence and the utter arrogance it takes to traipse through time anyway) but it's also extremely confusing.
Anyway, I think there are a few SG-1 fans who should totally listen to Hank's discussion of time-travel and thoughts about the Evil Baby Orphanage. (Also, if anyone wants to know more about the E.B.O., I'll go find the other Brotherhood 2.0 vidoes about it—it's a great idea and I'm jealous of it.)

"Unfortunately I don't think that was quite fast enough, and now I have a bit of a headache." :-D
And also, amusing coincidence. Did you ever watch Time Trax? When you posted this, I'd just spent 20 min explaining the time travel (and how they fail at it, maybe) in Time Trax.
Also, you are exactly the person who needed to see this. ;)
Time Travel is awesomesauce and yet, so damn complicated!
Funnily enough I've just started to read Audrey Niffenegger's The Timetraveler's Wife. It seems pretty good so far.
Amen. One instance of time-travel within a story, I can just about cope with. Any more than that, and my head explodes. I think you must need a special sort of brain (one that doesn't care about consistency, maybe?) to cope with it.
Huh. Interesting idea, teach kids to think non-linearly and see what happens.
