1. Can someone tell my whiteblood cells to kick it into gear and actually fight off illness?

2. "The Quest, Part 2" continues to rock my monkey socks. Sadly, that may be the most I post about it unless I start feeling better soon. (I don't think I posted about it last time I watched it either. Heh.)

3. Am currently watching "The Fifth Man" and OMG I love Daniel and Sam so much. Sam has a backbone and she gets pissed off and she cracks into the SGC computers and convinces Janet to collude! *huggles Sam* What happened to her in Seasons 7-9? Seriously.

Oh, and I love Jack, too, but Sam is being all wonderful and Daniel's being all snarky so I can't help but express my love for them more verbally.

And poor Teal'c is like wallpaper. Fortunately the wallpaper is nice to look at.

4. If you've friended me recently, now would be a good time to drop a note and say hello. Just a suggestion.

5. Someone needs to talk me out of signing up for the

gateverse_remix. Seriously.

6. Seriously with the saying hello, new people.

I'll still read Jack/Daniel with Sam/Janet on the side, but I don't read them as the main pairing.

I will admit that sometimes it makes me crazy when almost all the characters are slashed, though. It just lacks believability, you know? I mean someone has to be straight. ;)

I agree. But then, not *all* my pairings are slash. I like McCarter, too, and Carter/Teal'c, but I really love Sam/Janet and I won't write Jack and Daniel without putting them together at some point or another, so I just say screw it. Then again, I have this thing where I forget not everyone's sexuality is as fluid as mine is, so I forget that it doesn't make sense to a lot of people.

In all my SG-1 fic, no matter who Jack or Daniel are with, I always view that there is either a previous or future Jack/Daniel relationship. My brain is wired for them to get groiny.

I like Carter with McKay . . . because it's funny. *snort*

Yeah, McKay and Carter have the whole snark-as-foreplay thing that Jack and Daniel have sometimes. Plus, do you really think Carter would let anyone else get away with calling her "Blue Eyes"?

Actually, I think that if McKay were a little less of a prick and a little less of a misogynist, that Carter could have a real relationship with him. I don't know how far along it would develop, but they could at least be friends with benefits. *snickers*

I haven't watched the end of this season yet, but I know about the casting move. I'm kind of rolling my eyes over it, to be honest, but I'm hoping it makes more sense once I finish this season.

I'm just thinking how amusing it's going to be for Rodney to have to deal with Sam as his CO (and yay Sam for finally getting her own command!) I haven't seen much Atlantis (yet) but he seems to be pretty comfy in his little Carter-free bubble, and knowing that's about to burst just pleases the hell out of me. Plus, I'm looking forward to her wreaking havoc on someone else's OTP and leaving mine the hell alone! (That'd be John/Rodney, natch.)
