rated Explicit, het, Jack/Sara, New Ground episode tag, but deals heavily with events starting after Cold Lazarus
Jack and Sara began and continued a relationship shortly after "Cold Lazarus" and now, roughly two and a half years later, the truth has consequences.

I am so sad. AO3 has so few fics for these episodes and even when I searched for episode specific characters, there were only a handful more fics. :( :( :(
