I was fairly pleased. I mean, we're obviously not going to have an abducted child and a personality with memories of abuse brought forward by seeing the abuser every week, but it was a strong start, I thought.
I knew I was caught up in it near the end, when Echo was leaving with the little girl, with the permission of the surviving kidnappers... and Sierra came in with guns blazing and shook up the whole thing, and me, too. The triumphant, emotional moment was suddenly an unnecessary bloodbath. That seems like the Joss touch to me. :-)
