So, in Bad Timing, D/C was this one-time thing. Either Cam was cool with that, or he's pining that it wasn't more. Are you going to angst him or not?
(And, see, my whole thing with D/C is that Daniel isn't that close to Cam. Or anybody except Jack -- and to an extent Sam and Teal'c. Daniel is an extremely private, snarky, bull-headed force of nature who's been through Hell, death and rebirth. Cam is a puppy. He's proving to be loyal, brave and, well, reckless, but he's not anywhere near inside Daniel's walls. So either he recognizes that Daniel is emotionally untouchable and was fine with a physical one-off, or he wants to get inside Daniel's defenses and he'll never be able to. Onscreen, I actually see him trying to get inside Sam's and Teal'c's trust just as much. Maybe his one-off was an attempt at team-building? There are so many places to go with it. Anyway, just some quickie meta from my brain, to see if anything resonates. I do adore Cam, just not with Daniel.)
