This episode is so poignant because of Teal'c and Daniel having to work together, which can't have been easy for Daniel in the early days. The writers kind of glossed over the fact that Teal'c was the one who chose Sha're to be a host, but you know that would have affected how Daniel felt about him. It's a hard thing to try to figure out how to write about.
